Buying branded products online at outlet prices can raise questions. We understand that. That’s why we believe in full transparency about authenticity, sourcing, and warranty.

100% authentic products

All products sold in our webshop are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers within the European Economic Area (EEA).

This means:

  • Products are original branded goods
  • Products are legally placed on the European market
  • Products are not counterfeit, replicas, or imitations

We do not sell refurbished, fake, or altered items.

Why are prices lower?

Our prices are lower because we work with:

  • Overstock inventories
  • Outlet and excess stock
  • Parallel trade within the EEA

By purchasing efficiently and selling exclusively online, we reduce overhead costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

Parallel import explained

Some of our products are obtained through parallel import (also known as parallel trade).

What is parallel import?

Parallel import means that original branded products are purchased from authorized distributors within the EEA and resold in another EEA country without involving the brand owner directly.

Under EU law:

  • Once a product is placed on the EEA market with the brand owner’s consent,
  • The trademark rights are considered exhausted,
  • And the product may be resold freely within the EEA.

This practice is completely legal.

Important clarification

We are:

  • Not an official brand boutique
  • Not a manufacturer-authorized dealer
  • We are a legal reseller of original products

This does not affect your legal consumer rights or warranty.

Warranty policy (2 years)

All products come with a 2-year warranty, in line with European consumer law.

Within the first 6 months

If a product develops a defect within 6 months not caused by misuse, it will be:

Replaced free of charge with a new or equivalent product

During this period, the defect is legally presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

After 6 months (Up to 2 years)

After 6 months, the customer must demonstrate that the defect:

Was not caused by misuse, impact, water damage, or wear and tear

If confirmed:

The product will be repaired or replaced where reasonably possible

If the defect is caused by misuse, no free replacement applies.

What is not covered by warranty?

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts)
  • Water damage caused by improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
