Shipping

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods, selectable during checkout:

1. Standard Shipping (Uninsured)

    • Delivery: 5–7 business days
    • Not insured

2. Express Shipping (Insured)

    • Delivery: 2 business days
    • Fully insured

Q: When is my order shipped?
Orders are processed daily. Order information is sent to our supplier each morning for packing and dispatch.

Q: Who is responsible if my package is lost?

  • Insured shipping: we remain responsible until delivery
  • Uninsured shipping: responsibility transfers once handed to the carrier


 

Insurance

Q: Why is standard shipping uninsured?
Uninsured shipping allows us to offer a lower-cost delivery option. Customers shipping high-value items are strongly advised to select insured shipping.

Q: Can I upgrade shipping after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before dispatch.


 

Warranty & returns

Q: How long is the warranty?
All products come with a 2-year warranty.

Q: What happens if my product breaks within 6 months?
If the defect is not caused by misuse, we will replace the product free of charge.

Q: What happens after 6 months?
You may be asked to demonstrate that the defect was not caused by misuse. If confirmed, repair or replacement will be offered.

Q: Do I have the right to return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
