At Shaynen.com, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for online purchases made through our webshop.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).

2. Return conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The product is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and labels are included
You may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.
3. Return process
- Please fill out the cancellation form ( Shaynen _Return_Cancellation_form) and contact us via email to register your return
- You will receive return instructions
- Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal
The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
4. Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return costs
We strongly recommend returning products:
- properly packaged
- with a track & trace shipment
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
What will be refunded:
- The purchase price of the product
- Standard delivery costs (if the full order is returned)
What will not be refunded:
- Additional costs for premium or express shipping
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply if:
- The product is damaged
- The product shows signs of excessive use
- Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing
In such cases, the reduction reflects the diminished value of the product.
7. Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused if:
- The product has been used extensively
- Damage is caused by improper use
- The return falls outside the legal withdrawal period
This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
8. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email.
Defects and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Warranty & Service Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. Risk during return shipment
The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipment until the goods are received by us.
We recommend insured and trackable shipping for returns.
